7 Anti-aging tips everyone can use.
Author:

1. Use sunscreenSun damages your skin. The UV rays breakdown collagen and causes skin to age prematurely. At all times, as long as their is sunlight, even in winter, even on a cloudy day, use a sunscreen with SPF 15 minimum.

2. Moisturize your skinDry skin develops fine lines and wrinkles more quickly. A good moisturizer would contain antioxidants or other ingredients to help defend your skin from the environment, slowing down premature aging. Some of the top end moisturizers are even able to reverse the appearance of wrinkles or at least, minimize their appearance.

3. Drink plenty of waterYour skin loses moisture all the time and if that water is not replenished, skin dries up, looks less healthy and lines appear more readily.

4. Eat walnuts and almondsAgain, this addresses the aging effects the lack of moisture, or in this case, oil has on your skin. The sebum your skin produces gives your skin a layer of protection, preventing excessive moisture from evaporating. These nuts are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant which protects your skin from free radicals, that would otherwise cause your skin to degenerate by damaging the cells.

5. Get enough sleepThe don't call it beauty sleep for nothing. When you sleep, your body repairs itself. The damages your body sustains will be repaired as you sleep. New cells are born to replace the old ones that have been worn out. Notice how you look worse after a sleepless night? Notice how much better you look when you have had a good night's sleep? Go to bed early, before 10pm if possible. The best time to sleep would be from 10pm to 2am.
