Many authors will attempt to find publishers prior to writing a book rather than writing the whole book and having it rejected by editors and publishers over and over again. For instance they may have an idea for a book and a rough sketch with quite a few pages already done but it is nowhere near completion.

Perhaps it might be good to take what is written and break into small bite-size articles and put those articles on the Internet. Additionally each book synopsis written can be an article in itself as generally they are short and sweet and about 200 to 300 words and this means they can make perfect online articles to submit to an online article submission web site on the Internet.

I recommended if you have written book synopsis paragraphs and have sent them to editors or publishers and had been rejected, that you turn them into online articles today. One author I talked to recently talked to said he had written hundreds of synopsis and overviews and sent them to hundreds of publishers and editors with no luck.

Of course today he has many published works and a pretty good relationship with a certain publisher. And he says it was all worth it and he remembers it was a numbers game back then before he was famous. When discussing this with him it made sense to me that all the synopsis might make great articles and he read one to me and I laughed because it would’ve been the most perfect article I have ever read on the Internet if he would only put it online for all to see. Won’t you please consider this in 2006.
